These powerful attributes deserve their place at board and executive level, perhaps now more than ever.
The Agenda
We aim to dive deep into strategies and initiatives which have triumphed in bridging this gap, not just theoretically but in a real-world context. Insightful conversations with C-suite leaders, diversity and inclusion experts, HR professionals, and other key figures who have championed efforts or witnessed effective strategies to increase female representation will be our way forward.
Is there a particular format that the interviews will follow?
Rest assured, the interviews will be comprehensive and eye-opening. Check out our existing interview structure at Authority Magazine. Post the interviews, we’ll be churning out an aggregate article comprising the best ideas on Buzzfeed. Benefit for the individuals? Besides making a difference, they’ll feature in a minimum of 1-3 articles.
Who will be leading the series?
The dynamic duo of Cynthia Corsetti and Yitzi Weiner will be the primary leads for the series. Conducting interviews won’t be a hassle as most don’t require phone calls and can be done comfortably via email.
